Updates and send reports to the main office in Holland and ADSB and the clients for possible modification & revision of the drawing and should be approved and superseded upon execution. Actively and personally supervised the foreman and people involved in the construction to facilitate and achieve target time allotted for each vessel and monitors the progress of the job done for the week and the on time completion of the project. Follow up Bureau VERITAS, Lloyd's Register EMEA, International Paint, Quality, Safety and Environmental for the inspections, testing and commissioning. Managing of all operations necessary to fulfill the needs of the customers of the company; organization and execution of marketing activities; Presentation of the company towards official institutions; all administrative tasks related to the above mention activity.
