Statoil's NCS Installation Contracts for Beerenberg, Prezioso Linjebygg

. Taking effect in the first quarter of 2016, the contracts have an estimated total value of NOK 11 billion over the 15-year contract period. The two new contracts will replace the company’s existing contracts with these two suppliers regarding NCS services. SAL Heavy Lift Performs Offshore Windfarm Work

MV Lone proves as project platform for Wikinger wind farm   SAL Heavy Lift informs it has completed the second phase of the Wikinger Pile Testing Campaign with DP II Class vessel MV Lone. Pile Testing for Wikinger Wind Farm Launched

In October 2014 the first phase of the pile testing campaign for the Wikinger offshore wind farm project was launched after the site’s geotechnical investigation on the Baltic Sea had been completed.     German engineering and services group Bilfinger was awarded the test pile contract and chose SAL Heavy Lift as subcontractor to transport and install the test piles and equipment with their DP Class II vessel MV Lone.
