Researchers Study the Fast Gulf Stream Currents

Gulf Stream.To do so, the glider will make several sections across the strong current over several months. Before the deployment, one glider had a defective altimeter that would have prevented to pilot it above the steep topography found under the Gulf Stream. Global Reef Expedition: Mission to Tonga

Analyzing photos of the underwater landscape required using computer software called Coral Point Count with Excel Extensions (CPCe), which was developed by our partners at Nova Southeastern University’s National Coral Reef Institute (NCRI). NSU Names Oceanography Building for Guy Harvey

Richard Branson are calling on individuals and corporations to sponsor shortfin mako sharks that will be tagged and released off the coast of Isla Mujeres, Mexico later this month.
