Hydro-Lek announced a significant increase in stock holding of its full range of ROV tooling across the board.
According to Hydro-Lek , the move is in line with its strategy to meet customers’ growing requirements for fast and efficient customer service with reduced delivery times.
Higher stock levels have also enabled Hydro-Lek to offer a two-week turnaround for all tooling repairs. Repairs under warranty are completed within two weeks of receipt of product and out of warranty repairs are shipped back within two weeks of customers’ approval of repair quotation.
“Operating a fast and efficient repair service is important to us as well as our customers,” said Graham Hart who heads up the repair service. “Customers can now be reassured that products taken out of the field can be replaced in full working order within 10 working days – in some cases even sooner, depending on the complexity.”
