Petrobras Renews Contracts for Marlim, Voador Fields

Petrobras has signed tody with the ANP an extension of the concession contracts of the Marlim and Voador until 2052. The extension of the Production Phase of the fields meets the guidelines of Resolution No. 2/2016 of CNPE, which authorized the Agency to extend the concession contracts signed at Ground Zero ( "Zero Shot") Ronda in 1998. Originally contracts end in 2025.

The purpose of Petrobras with that prorogation is to ensure the maximum utilization of existing reserves through revitalization projects in these fields which provide for the installation of two new platforms and expanding the capacity of water injection and fluid processing in the addition of 10 new wells drilling field.

In March the Marlim and Voador together produced 150,000 barrels of oil and two million cubic meters of gas per day.
