Unique Group Partners with INNOVO, Kongsberg

 Integrated subsea and offshore solution provider Unique Group has entered into a cooperation agreement with Aberdeen’s INNOVO. As part of the agreement, the companies will collaborate to provide sales and rental equipment and engineering solutions for the marine and oil and gas market sectors in the Middle East and South-East Asia region.

 
INNOVO provides services and high technology equipment for renewables, oil and gas and marine business sectors. INNOVO, best known for designing the first fully electric-drive cable laying system, offers a wide range of products, including jack-up systems that are designed and built in-house, modular pontoons and cable laying equipment, such as a powered reel drive system, spooler and modular carousel system. The firm also provides specialized engineering solutions for subsea and offshore applications.

Unique Group has also announced a cooperation agreement with Norway’s Kongsberg Maritime (KM) AS. As part of the agreement, Unique Group’s Cape Town office will offer KM’s underwater mapping and navigation solutions to customers in Nigeria and Kenya.
