Seen herein is my work history for Operators, Service Providers, and contractors. My philosophy began with first training & educating myself on field operations, problem situations related to the area or culture, or development of necessary specialty skills needed to be successful.  My career then grew into supervision and management roles of daily operations. Mostly my desire at this point in my career is to be part of a stable and versatile team. Using my experiences and skills to help and ensure continued success of any team I am part of.

Experience History:

                                            

  • Feb 2020 – Present: Brown Water Marine – Deckhand. Performed all duties designated as a deckhand on tug and tow boats, Building and breaking down tow of 1 to 4 barges at a time. Performed all maintenance and housekeeping duties required. Preparing and painting the boat, Cooking for the crew, Maintaining the engines and generators on board, assisting the captain in the wheelhouse when required for lookout purposes due to weather or heavy traffic areas. Assisting in the orientation and training of new crew members on board.
  • Aug 2019 – Jan 2020: Beck and Masten Buick GMC sales and leasing consultant. New, Used and Fleet sales consultant.
  • 2017-August 2019:Trinity Engineering / XR International – Operations Manager / Wellsite Performed duties consistent with the Operations Manager role. Recruiting of professionals, Sales and marketing, Daily reporting, Human resources responsibilities, liaising with clients to ensure all needs are met. Assisted in project management and planning of upcoming projects. And recruited experienced professionals to be part of our team. Well Site Supervisor & Field Superintendent. Worked with high concentrations of H2S, extreme problematic well dynamics and drilling wells successfully with lost circulation and encountering well flow while drilling. Drilled new wells from spud to completion including, whip stock settings and orientation, directional drilling, Smart completions, sidetracking, re-entry. Set expandable liners, performed completions, workovers and lost circulation drilling. With well depths reaching up to 19,000’. Operated within AFE and time schedules.
  •  2015-2017: Capitan Energy- Drilling Supervisor in West Texas. Drilled wells in the Delaware Basin. Worked with high concentrations of H2S, extreme problematic well dynamics and drilling wells successfully with lost circulation. With well depths reaching up to 16,000’. Operated within AFE and time schedules.
  • 2013-2015: Joined the Cardo PPI team - Sr. Drilling, Completions & Workover Supervisor in Kurdistan, Iraq for Afren MENA. Drilled and completed wells in the Mus, Adiayah and Kurra Chine formations. Worked with high concentrations of H2S, extreme problematic well dynamics and wells with lost circulation and encountering well flow while drilling. Drilled new wells from spud to completion including, whip stock settings and orientation, directional drilling, Smart completions, sidetracking, re-entry. Set expandable liners, performed completions, workovers and lost circulation drilling.  Reported to Superintendent.  Operated within AFE and time schedules. Drilled successfully in extreme faulted lithology to depths up to 14000’using a polymer-based mud system. Managed and supervised 80-120 people on location each day.
  • 2009-2012: XR International - contracted as a Drilling, Completions & Workover Supervisor for Saudi Aramco in Saudi Arabia Directed and supervised operations for drilling, completion and work over wells. Drilled new wells from spud to completion including high temperature, high-pressure oil and gas, horizontal completions, whip stock settings and orientation, directional drilling, Smart completions, sidetracking, re-entry. Set expandable liners, completions, workovers and lost circulation drilling. Reported directly to the Drilling Work over Superintendents. 
  • 2008-2009: Directional Driller & Senior MWD supervisor for Cudd Energy. Drilled, logged and performed operations according to well plans. Worked with well engineers and coordinators to ensure well targets are achieved. Compiled daily drilling data, entered data into computer programs, provided client with composite drilling reports. Repaired and maintained equipment. Performed as lead MWD. Directionally drilled straight hole control, re-entries and sidetracks. Followed drilling parameters as per specifications of directional tools. Responsible for safety of others and instructed trainees. Ensured and maintained current customers satisfaction. Post-well reviews with operator. Directionally drilled wells with depths ranging from 15,000’ to 19,500’.
  • 2004-2007: Directional Driller & MWD Supervisor. Drilled, logged and performed operations according to well plans. Worked with well engineers and coordinators to ensure well targets are achieved. Compiled daily drilling data, entered data into computer programs, provided client with composite drilling reports. Repaired and maintained equipment. Directionally drilled multi-lateral wells, straight hole control, re-entries and sidetracks. Performed as Lead MWD when required. Followed drilling parameters as per specifications of directional tools. Ensured and maintained current customers satisfaction. Post-well reviews with operator.
  • 1995 – Oct 2003 – Canadian Armed Forces. NAVY: Served on various ships from Destroyers to Frigates. Performed all tasked associated with ships husbandry (Cleaning and repairs). Served on the emergency response teams and Boarding party crews dispatched to other vessels for inspections and compliance.
