More than Seven years of engineering experience in carrying out FEED and detailed engineering work for large sized projects assuming responsibility for conceptual and detailed design. Providing necessary technical information for procurement in compliance with tender specifications/data sheets-within budgeted man-hour and project schedules. Exploring the methods and solutions for complex engineering problems and select the most efficient and economical suitable one in meeting the objectives. So far handled various Projects and provided extensive Technical safety services for Onshore and Offshore jobs.

    1.The review of contractual documents (ITB) for the proposals within the area of responsibility and raise Technical Queries, Qualifications and Exceptions if any to comply with Client Tender documents. 2. To participate in brain storming sessions such as ROKM (Risk Opportunity and knowledge management) etc. 3. Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) / Analysis (TBA) for HAZID, HAZOP and SIL studies 4. HSE Studies - HAZID study, HAZOP study, Project HSE Review (PHSER), SIL Assessment 5. Review the HAZOP Summary Report and the HAZOP Action Reports 6. Prepare and monitor the HAZOP Response Register to incorporate the HAZOP recommendation in to the design 7. The review of contractual documents for the proposals within EPC project area of responsibility 8. Preparation of PHSER, HSE Plan, HSE Manual, Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP), Waste Management & Spill Prevention Plans for projects 9. Preparation of Project Execution Plan (PEP) / Technical Proposal for HSE scope of work and Pe-Qualifications (PQ) 10. Estimation of HSE-Home office Engineering man-hours and Cost estimation 11. Preparation of proposed Project Schedule for HSE Deliverables during Project Execution 12. Preparation of HSE Requirements for Sub-Contractors & Vendors 13. Generates project specific HSE documents during project preparation 14. Provide HSE training on projects
