MetOcean, JouBeh Merge to Form metOcean telematics

MetOcean Data Systems has merged with JouBeh Technologies, resulting in the formation of new company metOcean telematics.

MetOcean Data Systems is a developer and manufacturer of data acquisition and telemetry systems, and JouBeh Technologies is a global Iridium satellite reseller. Collectively, metOcean telematics will be positioned to provide complete end-to-end telematics services, with a focus on niche MetOcean solutions and custom defense and security products. The merger will be effective January 1, 2017.

“MetOcean and JouBeh have collaborated closely over the years, they have signi¬ficantly heightened one another’s success,” said Tony Chedrawy, President & CEO of metOcean telematics. “This consolidation is a formalization of a natural partnership.”

metOcean telematics corporate headquarters, including the research & development and production facility will be located in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada.
