Under the commercial management of Seaflex’s Dutch partner, Robin Jansen of P.C. Jansen Trading B.V., the facility's purpose is to serve ever-increasing requests to Seaflex for the rental of LEEA-compliant load test bags, in and around Rotterdam, and down into the Belgian ports.

Upon the opening of this operation, Robin Jansen commented, “As well as being able to offer the newest rental stock of waterbags to customers, all the WaterLoad bags at this facility have been type-tested to prove the 6:1 factor of safety on their WLL in line with LEEA 051 guidelines. Additionally, they come with the weight of Product Design Assessment Certification from ABS – something that isn’t carried by any other waterbags in the market.”
