Stork Technical Services (Stork), a  global provider of knowledge-based asset integrity management services for the oil & gas, chemical and power sectors, has secured a significant contract win with Technip UK Ltd.

The new three year contract, with two one-year extension options, will see Stork continuing to provide Subsea Bolt Tensioning to Technip UK Ltd.  This comes after a successful previous five year framework agreement between the organizations and reinforces Stork’s Subsea Bolt Tensioning team as market leaders not only in standard equipment, but in specialised Subsea innovations.

Fraser Coull, Operations Support Director for Stork Technical Services, said: “Securing this contract enhances our position as the industry’s leading Asset Integrity and Subsea support partner. Working with Technip UK Ltd, our Subsea Bolting Tensioning services will help ensure the safe and cost-effective operations of its UK Business Units”.

Coull continued: “We have heavily invested in state-of-the-art equipment and are developing tailored training solutions for divers and support personnel on bolted joint integrity.  We are delighted that Technip has chosen to continue the strong relationship we have developed with them over the last 5 years.  Stork has delivered a consistently high standard of service and look forward to building on this in the future”.
