PAL experience is preferred. 

Graduate in any discipline 

Ex sailing experience in any rank is an advantage.


Job Description

Following the familiarization booklets of ratings.

Coordinating de-briefings for C/E and Captain after sign off.

Coordinating and planning briefing schedules for senior officers including all logistics.

Coordinating crew training with manning agents and maintain records.

Monitoring crew appraisals and assigning training

Crewing system maintenance

Checking personal files of new applicants

Scanning documents, licenses, certificates, books as required.

Maintaining records of Doctors visits by seafarers.

Following Cadets during their vacation period and during their school year.

Managing records and arranging seniority gifts.

Flag Endorsements

Applying for flag state documents.

Monitoring Flag CRA expiries, chasing Flag for documents previously applied and arranging Flag documents to be sent to seafarers and vessels.

Approving all flag documents invoices

Monitoring medical insurance program for seafarers

Assisting crew manager with different projects and tasks.  

Follow up on welfare matters

Back up as a crewing officer

Coordinate with the vessel, port agents and manning agents.
