Proserv Acquires Dron & Dickson's Abu Dhabi Business
Oil and gas services company Proserv Controls, has acquired the Middle Eastern operations of Dron & Dickson Electromechanical Contracting (DDEC) LLC, for an undisclosed fee. Dron & Dickson’s Abu-Dhabi based subsidiary, Totus Energy, has signed a deal with Weidmuller for the provision of regional Ex equipment manufacture and distribution. Dron & Dickson has announced a move to new premises for its Abu-Dhabi based subsidiary, Totus Energy. Totus Energy, an electrical and instrumentation contractor, specializing in the provision of project services for the oil and gas and marine and industrial sectors, has moved into a new office and warehouse complex almost double the size of its previous premises.
