MetOcean Celebrates World Oceans Day 2014

MetOcean Data Systems, designer and producer of data acquisition and remote telemetry systems, has taken its oceanographic expertise to a new level – street level. MetOcean staff members took part in this year’s World Oceans Day by cleaning up litter around the business park where MetOcean is headquartered, in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.   There are World Oceans Day events all over the world, and every year it is getting bigger and more awareness is built around it. MetOcean Debuts iBCN Beacons

MetOcean Data Systems, designer and producer of data acquisition and remote telemetry systems, introduced the iBCN Iridium beacons as part of its NOVATECH product line. The iBCN products will be onsite at Oceanology International 2014 (MetOcean’s Booth 6 – Stand F300 Atlantic Canada Pavilion) in London, U.K. for its official launch and debut showcase. The iBCN products are the next-generation of MetOcean’s NOVATECH Iridium beacons, designed for tracking and locating of assets.
