Williams Joins Phoenix in GM Role

Marine services contractor Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. announced that Chris Williams has joined the company as general manager (GM) of its Norfolk, Va. office.

In addition to his GM duties, Williams will manage Phoenix’s U.S. Navy Diving Services Contract, providing underwater ship repair capability to U.S. Navy ships worldwide.

Williams is a retired U.S. Navy Engineering Duty Officer and diver with extensive experience coordinating technically challenging marine engineering projects around the globe. He is a licensed Professional Engineer with a Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering with qualifications to supplement his deckplate knowledge in the area of underwater ship husbandry.
