Manufacturer of syntactic foam for deep water and general marine applications. For over 15 years we have supplied syntactic foam materials to provide buoyancy for ROVs, AUV, UUV, and other underwater vehicles. Products include cast grade syntactic foam blocks as well as pourable grades for casting applications.We also manufacture ultra low density foam for use in general marine applications such as floats, barges, and boat hulls. We work closely with our customers to help provide solutions for challenging subsea applications.

Products

SynFoam HP provides buoyancy for 1K, 2K, 3K and 4K ROVs

SynFoam DW and MW provides buoyancy for 5K and 6K ROVs at densities between 30 and 40 pcf

SynFoam SG is a pourable, two part castable system starting as low as 35 pcf density

SynFoam LG is a pourable syntactic that expands upon mixing to produce densities as low as 6 pcf for flotation and general marine use
