  • Consistently demonstrate safe, skillful, and efficient operation of all Watermark vessels.
  • Consistently exhibit excellence in customer service.
  • Consistently demonstrate a thorough understanding and enforcement of Watermark policies
    and procedures.
  • Consistently demonstrate a working knowledge of all docking locations used by Watermark and
    their functionality (pump out, handicap accessibility, etc.)
  • Maintain TWIC and 100-ton USCG license and all supporting qualifications (CPR, 1st Aid, etc.)
  • Consistently and positively contribute to seasonal staff development, via process development
    and direct interaction.
  • Participate in community initiatives related to Watermark’s operation, as assigned (examples:
    maritime trade work fairs, special event planning, product promotion)
  • Report to and maintain constant communication with the President. Also, consistently and
    constructively communicate with sales, maintenance, and administrative departments as
    necessary for successful functioning of the business.
  • Consistently demonstrate an understanding of and enforce USCG regulations.
  • Promote the company at all times and profitably deliver the brand

For over 55 years, Watermark has delivered exceptional experiences on the water. With a diverse fleet of 13 vessels—ranging from 26’ water taxis to 100’ luxury cruise yachts—we are proud to create unforgettable moments for guests throughout the Annapolis and Baltimore region.

We are seeking a full-time Captain to serve as a lead operator and culture carrier across our fleet. This is a shore-based role offering variety, leadership opportunity, and the chance to operate multiple vessel types in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.
