Newly Formed UES Seanic Wins First Contract
The newly merged Aberdeenshire-based Underwater Engineering Services (UES) and Houston headquartered Seanic Oceans Systems has secured its first contract in Tunisia, a region which neither firm had previously operated in. As part of the merger between their parent companies ATR Group and Centurion Group last year, the newly formed business of UES Seanic will support Oceana Subsea on a decommissioning campaign in Tunisia, North Africa. RentAir Offshore and ATR Power Solutions Merge
RentAir Offshore and ATR Power Solutions have merged to become one company, offering a broader service to the global energy industry. This follows the merger of their parent companies, Centurion Group and ATR Group, earlier this year. The new combined business, which will trade under the Rentair Offshore brand, brings the companies together in the rental of specialist air compression, steam and power generation equipment to support oil and gas production, well testing, fabric maintenance and renewables. A merger between Centurion Group and ATR Group is to create a global player in the oil and gas rental equipment and services market with a combined turnover of over £100 million. NBGI brings Cosalt’s Aberdeen and Norway businesses into its stable alongside ATR Group as it builds global provider of offshore equipment and lifting services NBGI Private Equity, investor in Aberdeen-based ATR Group, is acquiring the Aberdeen and Norway operations of Cosalt Offshore.
