Connector Subsea Solutions Acquires MORGRIP

Connector Subsea Solutions (CSS), headquartered in Bergen, Norway, said it has signed an agreement to acquire Hydratight’s MORGRIP Connector business in Walsall, UK.The MORGRIP Connector business will become an integral part of CSS’ extensive repair and modification services for subsea and deepwater pipeline repair. UK Suppliers Win Statoil Contracts

Statoil (UK) Limited has awarded Aker Solutions UK with the maintenance and modification services contract for the Mariner field.  Likewise, the offshore services contract was awarded to Stork Technical Services Limited (UK). Aker Solutions will perform the services for the Mariner field under a five-year contract, anticipated to start this August. Stork will begin its services in January 2015, also under a five-year term. Both contracts include two two-year extension options.  The Mariner platform is currently under construction, with scheduled production to start in 2017. The

Aker Solutions Wins 5-year Statoil Contract

Norway's Aker Solutions has won a five-year contract from Statoil for maintenance and modification services at the heavy oil Mariner field in the British section of the North Sea, Aker Solutions said on Friday. Japanese Firm to Set Up Houston Compressor Plant

Mitsubishi Power Systems Americas, Inc. (MPSA) in Florida, the business base for MHI's power systems operations in the U.S.

Technip wins important 5-year contract for engineering & modification services on FPSO units offshore Angola, SW Africa. The BP Angola contract is for work concerning the existing Greater Plutonio and Plutao, Saturno, Venus and Marte (PSVM) floating production storage and offloading (FPSO) units, located in Blocks 18 and 31 offshore Angola. This contract follows the successful completion of a previous five-year contract for engineering services for the Greater Plutonio FPSO.
