I am writing to apply for the position of   3 rd Eng. Mechanic , with 10 years of experience like a mechanic  in a large company in offshore sector, for which I enclose my up to date CV

I am a time served motorman working offshore on various oil rigs , I started to overhaul engine mechanic, I went to motorman position and then I was promoted to mechanic oil equipment offshore. I am an excellent team player and I am capable to take  rational decision in extreme situations.

The reason why I am writing to you is that I want to be a member of a specialists team working of on board one of your modern vessels. I will prove myself a valuable asset for the company. In addition, I have got excellent oral and written communication skills, I am self-starter and ready to accept professional challenge.
