The position is responsible for the operation, maintenance and repair of the building electrical systems.
REGULAR:
- Inspect and repair s defective lighting fixtures
- Responsible for the reading of all electric meter
- Regularly checks and maintains the chiller, generators sets, fire pump, AHU, sewer lines, etc
- Responsible for the switching on and off of transfer pump
- Handles complaints on electrical equipment
- Coordinates with the Building Manager and Engineer for the instructions
- All other related tasks as required
Occasional
- Responsible for the cleanliness of the electrical equipment, power rooms and other assigned areas
- Responsible for the periodic inspection of fire extinguisher
- Responsible for the retightening of switch gears and cleaning of panel
Responsible for the occasional carpentry, welding and other repair works

- Air-conditioning system
- Water and sewerage system
- Drainage system
- Fire Protection and Fire Alarm system
- Electrical system
- Handles unit owners/tenant’s complaints or assist needed in electrical and mechanical systems
- Coordinates with the building/Facilities Manager or building/Facilities Engineer for instructions
- All other related tasks as required
Occasional - Responsible for the preventive maintenance and general cleaning of building equipment and facilities
- Assist contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance
