I am an astute professional with more than 18 years of experience in Marine/Ship Building Project Management, Operations, Repairing & Maintenance, Safety, Installation & Commissioning, Troubleshooting and Team Management across Singapore, Europe & India. I demonstrated strong abilities in administering & executing project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within the time, cost as well as quality parameters. I possess competency in swiftly ramping up projects in coordination with clients, contractors, vendors and consultants.

I started my career as Cargo Surveyor with SGS India Ltd., Goa, India and gradually rose to a level of Manager – Business Development  with Oiltech Group of Companies, Chennai, India. I possess high level business acumen & experience in conducting process audits and review & approving quality plans and detailing on quality requirements; preparing technical and quality reports, etc. Working knowledge & experienced with International codes and standards relevant to quality; familiar with development of quality management systems, quality assurance & control relevant to Marine / Ship Building and Oil & Gas projects during engineering development, procurement, construction & commissioning, maintenance, repairing as well as team supervision. Adept in ensuring sufficient human, financial, technological, informational, and material resources are available to carry these out.

In addition to this, I hold leadership skills in handling erection & commissioning activities involving resource planning, in-process inspection, team building and co-ordination with internal / external departments. I also offer an unsurpassed level of commitment to client service and the ability to quickly assimilate new information into my daily business transactions. I am skilful in preparing work instructions / test descriptions / inspection plans and revising / updating them as and when required. I possess excellent analytical and planning skills with abilities in leading and training team members.
