Review of credentials would confirm my association as a thorough container vessels professional, I have substantial command experience on containers, a proven track record of being in highly demanding top managerial leadership roles, having good communication and structured analytical skills, ensuring compliance with safe operational procedures, preserving the environment, respecting human rights and cultures, improving occupational health and safety, and making a significant contribution to society whilst fulfilling Corporate Social Responsibilities and maintaining high ethical standards.

I have been in Operations for the last three years and possess a thorough understanding and effective work experience on container vessels. Have a multitude of competencies – LR certified accident investigator including risk assessment, DNV certified lead auditor, experience in handling vessel related claims and insurance matters with P&I Correspondents, supporting vessels on navigational, operational, cargo and safety matters, whilst liaising with flag state, classification society, appropriate statutory, regulatory bodies and all stakeholders.Whilst being a hands-on trainer with a flair for teaching, I possess effective ship-board and shore-based training experience in navigation, safety and cargo work. In the present role as an individual capacity, my job comprises of Port Evaluation across the world as support to Maersk Line vessels, reviewing Nautical Procedures, maintaining guidelines for safe navigation and bridge organization. Assisting in Casualty Procedures for the vessels and attending for the in-house Casualty Committee. Casualty investigation and implementation “Lesson Learned” into the Safety Management System. Conducting Annual ship/shore drills onboard. Assist vessels with deck operational issues like Loadicator, Cargo Securing Manuals, Cargo handling, dangerous goods, lashing, safety/fire fighting equipment, and deck machinery ( Anchor & Mooring Equipment). Monitoring, follow up, and implementation of new legislative requirements within area of responsibility.

With an innate sense of task prioritization, managerial and result oriented approach towards accelerating  growth in the area of assigned functionalities that too in a high pressured, time bound and competitive environment of excellence, I reckon that my grooming level is apt to look outward for a challenging position.
