Captain

Has ultimately responsible for the total operation of the yacht. Manages the owner’s asset and ensure all guests onboard have an enjoyable experience. He shall always ensure that the welfare and well- being of all personnel onboard the yacht are properly and considerately maintained at all times. Under  thelaw, for aspects of operation such as the safe navigation of the boat, its cleanliness and seaworthiness,safe handling and maneuvering including the safety of the guests,crew ,yacht and the environment. Also responsible for the conduct of the crew as well as the total enjoyment of all guests onboard.
