The role for Resident Engineer also includes creation and review of Change order forms, inspection services during SONAR surveying, revision of site drawings and review of monthly-updated project schedules.

Resident Engineer, responsible for the daily inspection and reporting for this Phase IV Improvement of a new roof and canopy gutter installation. Project description includes new roof, coping and demolition of old for the facilities’ Administration Building. New roof, coping and demolition of old, masonry repairs, wall lintel restorations, window caulking/sealing, new exterior doors/frames and hardware for facilities’ Chlorine Building, and a new gutter system (both sides) of UV Canopy Pit. Role also involves interpretation of contract specifications and drawings, as well as involvement with the design of this project within the office.
