Aid in the design of sewer and wastewater design, roof /doors/gutter system design and traffic control plans in accordance with the  NJDOT, NYDOT and  the  Manual On Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) standards.   

  • Passaic, Paterson, Clifton, Newark, New Jersey (2013 – Present)

      Part time Resident Engineer for this prestigious $20,000,000 sewer rehabilitation project, which involves the Slip and CIPP lining of various interceptor sewers, with up to 90” diameters and 40,000,000 gallon flow per day. Role involves daily inspections, producing work reports and T&M monitoring. The role for Resident Engineer also includes creation and review of Change order forms, inspection services during SONAR surveying, revision of site drawings and review of monthly-updated project schedules.

  • Linden Roselle Sewerage Authority, Linden New Jersey (2014-2015)

      Resident Engineer, responsible for the daily inspection and reporting for this Phase IV Improvement of a new roof and canopy gutter installation. Project description includes new roof, coping and demolition of old for the facilities’ Administration Building. New roof, coping and demolition of old, masonry repairs, wall lintel restorations, window caulking/sealing, new exterior doors/frames and hardware for facilities’ Chlorine Building, and a new gutter system (both sides) of UV Canopy Pit. Role also involves interpretation of contract specifications and drawings, as well as involvement with  the design of this project within the office.

  • Valhalla, Westchester, New York (2013-2014)

      Resident Engineer, responsible for the daily inspection and reporting for this interior and exterior coating of the reservoir. Role involved interpretation of contract specifications and drawings, as well as other field work such as water collection/ sampling, review and measurement of new coat thickness.

  • Town of Mount Pleasant, Westchester, New York (2013-2013)

      Role comprised of engineering services both within the field and office environment, such as the generation of contract specifications and drawings, bid development, field inspections and reporting.

  • Town of Mount Pleasant, Westchester, New York (2013-2013)

      Resident Inspector, responsible for the daily inspection and reporting for the installation of new M&E equipment per contract specifications under Sewage pumping station refurbishment scheme.

  • Brooklyn, NYC, New York (2013-2013)

      Resident Inspector, responsible for the daily inspection and reporting for this Surface Water Drainage scheme. Duties consisted of co-managing contractor on behalf of SCA, remediation of flooding issues, development of activity reports, preliminary hydraulic design and drawings for client review.
