the United States Navy, currently seeking a position, preferably in the

Food Service Industry or as a Postman by demonstrating a significant list

of career achievements and related experience as follows:

Head Chef | Inventory Specialist

Assume full responsibility for managing a $32K budget for renovation

while supervising 17 cooks and 44 contractors in all aspects of food

service serving over 2,800 meals per month.

-    Successfully maintain a sanitation score of 98% and 100%

     accountability on documents by efficiently overseeing daily food

     preparation activities and the operations of kitchen staff.

-    Plan and supervise the complex breakout of food items for five

     different restaurants, as well as coordinate weekly load outs of

     over 5,000 items while enforcing strict controls over a provisions

     storeroom valued at over $1.6M - leading to dramatic improvements in

     storeroom conditions and inventory validity.

-    Remain abreast of all food borne diseases and the relationship of

     safe temperatures, storage, preparation, quality, and serving of

     food.

communication in professional relationships; the role of motivation,

empowerment, and counseling in development of subordinate; and ways to

manage human resources, teams, and stress to create a quality and

positive working environment.
