PROFILE: Offshore Crane Operator
I am a very loyal, motivated and dedicated individual with excellent inter-personnel and communication skills. I believe I have a strong professional work ethic and a forward thinking attitude and positive approach to succeed. 
I am accustomed to performing tasks to a high quality and on schedule which provides me with a great sense of satisfaction and self-fulfilment whilst at the same time achieving the objectives and targets of my employers. Stage 3 qualified Offshore Crane Operator allowing me to offload/backload cargo to and from supply vessels and anchor handlers in a safe, timely manner.
Personally co-ordinate preventative maintenance on cranes on a daily, weekly and monthly schedule. Maintaining oils, grease points and performing drop inspections continually before and during operations.
Experience in replacement of Boom, Whip and Main line wire ropes, and their lubrication to maintain integrity.
Monitoring deck management to co-ordinate with other operations to best suit the needs of the rig.
Conduct job tool box talks to highlight safety procedures and to promote job understanding to all involved. Permit to work is my responsibility for lifting operations and crane maintenance, which I strive to improve on a daily basis.
Exposure to ever changing crew members and an ability to engage them into the team to work together.
Ability to adapt to constantly changing rig conditions and carry out safe operations within the safety parameters set out by the installation.
