Deck Officer Class 3

Good day sir/madam,

My name is Manimaran, singaporean and 52 years old.

Retired from Republic of Singapore Navy.

I have sailing experience about 15 years.  (sailing various Singapore Warships and commercial ships)

While I was in the Navy, I was posted to Commercial Ship LORO for 8 years.  Duties are assisting navigtion officer, deck work, container operations, loading and discharging cargo.

I have Helmsman Cert,  COC 3 issued by MPA (Maritime Port Authority Singapore)

I have also attended Company Security Officer Course.

For 1 year, I was working in Transas Marine Global Pte Ltd,  job scope consist of  installation, commissioning, troubleshoot  Electronic  Chart Display Information System.  

Have experience on integrating VDR, Echo Sounder, Wind, Gyro, GPS, AIS and Radar with the ECDIS.

Currently working as Boat Captain for port limit vessel less than 30m.   (Contract basis till end of this year)
