I am FROSIO level III certificated with Certificate no 2753 from 2004.  

I Germanischer Lloyd Surveyor for Materials, Components Hull, Machinery and Fleet in Service.

I have the experience and authorization to work as follows: 

1. Survey for blasting and painting in new building and M&R vessel, offshore power plant, structure. 

2. Survey for hull and machinery new building as follows: for ships (hull structure, machinery installations, and quay trials, sea trials for deck and machinery installations).

3.  Design for hull and machinery newbuilding as follows: (machinery installations, deck installations, hull installations). 

• Senior Surveyor for Surface Treatment certified by FROSIO level III (highest) with Certificate no 2753 from 2004. 15 years by 2016

  Corrosion protection and Hull structure (ballast tanks, cargo tanks, fresh water tanks, voids and all internal spaces) inspections at block stage, join up and hull stage and painting application/final inspection for different tug boats (24/11), supply offshore vessels (FCS), navy vessels (coast guard), technical vessels (dredger). Issued the Coating Technical File, according with IMO PSPC resolution MSC 215 (82), for dredgers.
