Former   Brazilian Navy  Lt. Officer,Bachelor in  Mechanical and Naval  Sciences at Naval Academy with several duties on board and on land as instructor at a naval operations center.

At private sector,as Master Marine and with a Bachelor in Electrical Engineer  assuming  several management positon, I had being involved in  oil & gas activities  onshore and with offshore boats as Area Manager for Brazilian and Foreign Companies,achieving recovery of operational excellences to those companies under Petrobras Macae,Ceara and Potiguar Basin Operations contracts. With more than 30 years of experience at operation and maintenance of naval systems and repairs, Panama /CR Classification Society  flags surveyor, with continuous interest in  up date my knowledge with specializations at Industrial Maintenance Engineering and Ships/Platforms Constructions, I had assumed among others mains missions the head of maintenance and operations  contracts at  power plant consortium, initial support to technical proposal group for the Benfica I Gas and Recovery Plant upgrading and erection  at Mossoro onshore gas basin and in sequence at Petrobras offshore rigs maintenance equipment & cranes care at several rigs at Campos Basin under  Skanska Brasil Oil & Gas at Brazil.Last 15 years dedication to power plants and industry equipment erection,commissioning. Group leadership, great social circle at Marine Area, trainer skill and   specialist at how to achieve performance excellence with people under my command ; also lot of years dedicated at technical and commercial issues, proposals & bidding, client contacts I achieved the passion to stay ahead of requirements and giving  special attention to client supports as  one of my main goals.
