Started a marine electronics business, branched out into home and business electronics including alarms, surveillance, home automation, controlled access and audio/video systems with 22 employees.

General contracted the design and construction of an 8000 sq. ft. facility for above business.

Became the head of engineering for a marine electronics company overseeing a 2.4 million electronics package with Navigation Electronics, Communications Equipment, Audio/Video, Lighting, Fire Safety and PLC monitoring systems on a mega-yacht.

Managed all aspects of a small company, acted as lead salesman, service manager and field technician as circumstances required. Created system drawings for electronics projects from non-technical sales quotes. Specified all materials and electronics parts required for large installations down to mounting hardware. Generated mock up and commissioning guides for packages and directed technicians in installation, set up and programing of all equipment. Wrote client orientation guides for customers on installed systems.
