Vessel overview:

Sapurakencana 1200 (SK 1200, Main Crane capacity of 1200T) and Sapurakencana 3500 (SK 3500, Main Crane capacity of 3500T) are classified as DPS3 Pipelay & Heavylift Vessel, which are capable of supporting the construction and maintenance of offshore surface and sub-sea oil and gas field development facilities ( pipelay operations(S-lay), crane operations and subsea installations).

She is equipped with eight electric driven, Rolls Royce thrusts that interface with a DP3 Kongsberg K-POS dynamic positioning system. Main electric power comes from six of 4800KW(MAN) generators that supply a split 6.6kV Siemens main switchboard.
