Carrying out the internal ISM / ISO audits on board the Malta Flag vessels and in the office
in Russia and Ukraine. Controlling of the company documentation and ISO procedures.
Reviewing previous audit reports and other reports, which may identify problem areas and react
on these problems. Developing key point indicators for statistics and work procedures and guidelines.
 DPA and Company Security Officer as per ISM and ISPS codes. Monitoring the voyage and operational
performance of assigned vessels providing assistance to Masters as necessary. Conducted vessel
inspection to confirm compliance with SOLAS; MARPOL; STCW; ILO conventions; Malta Flag State and
applicable industry codes. Analyzing all non-conformances, accidents, near misses, deficiencies,
off-hires, cargo claims, detentions and customer complaints, maintaining files where needed
and recommending corrective and preventive actions. Performed Internal Safety and Security Audits.
Receiving, verifying and approving to process the requisitions and invoices.
Ensure company compliance with country legal, fiscal, government and statutory
requirements which directly pertain to marine operations
