I am Capt. Cipriano A. Jazmin Licensed Master Mariner from The Philippines. I am applying for Master position on any oil/chem tanker vessel.
I have more than six years experience as Master Mariner on board Oil/chem vessel world wide route. My all in all experienced on board till today is almost 24 years
from cadete ship to the present position all in Oil/Chem vessel. I have all my certificate and training valid.
