Offshore Worksite Administrator

Day-to-day duties on board:

-         Perform administrative support for project operations

-         Coordinate regular ship crew changes and Project related mobilizations of personnel

-         Arrange crew changes, travel, accommodation etc.

-         Take, generate and distribute minutes of project and safety meetings

-         Register all Arriving/Departing Crew and manage vessel Cabin Allocations

-         Maintain confidential personnel records of the Crew onboard

-         Maintain and distribute all personnel Monthly Time Records, Weekly Timesheets, Monthly Tax Sector Lists, dealing with travel expenses

-         Collate all relevant information, generate and distribute the Daily Project Report

-         Maintain the General Project and Marine filling system

-         Update and issue onboard Shift Rota for Project and Marine personnel

-         Manage ship communications; distribute incoming e-mails, answer incoming calls

-         Stores ordering

-         Mobilization and Receipt of Materials and Shipping returns
