  • Prepares, justifies, defends, allocates and administers the budget and funds for all assigned vessel operations and maintenance programs; directing the most efficient and cost effective expenditure of funds assuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Analyzes all submitted technical procedures such as de/activation, dock trial, mooring, hurricane and operational plans.
  • Reviews invoiced expenses and makes recommendations to the contracting officer for full, partial or denied payment.
  • Serves as the COR for Ship Manager Contracts and General Agency Agreements in accordance with the terms and conditions delegated by the Primary and Area Contracting Officers in a Letter of Assignment.
