Assistant Project Engineer – (20th Dec 2011 to 20 Dec 2013)

• Jack-up Rig (ENSCO-84&96) – Main engine installation new, emergency generator installation, cement unit pump system repair, top drive overhaul.
• Land rig assembly - mud tank construction and welding inspection with internal QC. Blow out preventer overhaul and rotary table.
• Offloading Buoy - Single buoy mooring’s rotatory table and CPU repair.  
• Vessels (like Tanker, LNG, LPG, Off-Shore Supply vessel and Tug boats) –   Carried out Machinery repairs in  Dock Bottom , Engine room , Pumps  room, BOG compressor, HD compressor and Deck machinery.
• Mechanical Installation Undertaken as project engineer:

Main engine  and emergency generator installation in Jack up rig, Assist service engineer in removal and installation of crank shaft in generator engine, Installed piston in main engine ,  Shaft locking device installation in LNG vessel, Oily water separator installation in tanker vessel, Assist service engineer in installation Turbocharger in LNG vessel, Installed ballast and cooling water pumps  in varies vessels, Removed and installed rudder and propeller for overhauling, Condenser installation in ship, Water purifier installation in jack up rig, Heater in installation in varies vessel.

• Other Machinery repairs Undertaken as project engineer:          

Rudder removal, clearance and installation, Propeller normal polishing, ware down clearance and propeller removal, Boiler mounting valves overhauling and boiler washing, Cargo pumps removal  and overhauling, Overboard discharge and sea valves dismantling and overhauling, Atmospheric condenser, Air cooler overhauling, Oily water separator installation, Main engine overhauling and clearance check, Deck machinery repairs like windlass brake band renewal, mooring winch brake band renewal, Deck crane hose renewal and hydraulic ram overhauling, removal of deck valves and Carried out Planning and Documentation for project.
