CAD-3-D DESIGN-Pro/Engineer Wildfire, Solidworks, Autocad, for design of injection molded, Die cast, machined, and stamped parts.
ANALYSIS-Mechanica and COSMOS thermal and structural analysis.
AGENCY APPROVALS-Design of Products to meet UL, CSA, VDE, MIL-STD, API, ISO and FCC approval.
PRODUCT DESIGN-Design of products to meet customer specifications. Products include; Medical Products, Lighting Products, Industrial Control, Military Products, Aerospace Products, Automotive Products, Oil and Gas Industry, Rugged Environment Packaging, Temperature Measurements Instruments,and Encrypted Communication Devices. Designs to meet EMI/RFI Shielding Requirements.
DESIGN TECHNIQUES-DFMA (Design for Manufacturing Assembly) AND DFA (Design for Assembly), FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) as part of concurrent engineering team. Six Sigma (Yellow Belt) and Lean Manufacturing.
ISO 9001:2000-Internal Auditor.

Preparation of design documents to support the manufacturing process. Schedule and integrate engineering activities with manufacturing and procurement. Interface with customers to resolve design issues and ensure the specifications are met.
