  • Served as Director of Sales for Hacker-Craft Boat Company responsible for US business development.
  • Worked closely with the CEO managing dealerships and overseeing sales, marketing, and management functions.
  • Recruited, trained, and managed a high performing team of 6 Sales Representatives located at corporate New York headquarters and Ft. Lauderdale showroom.
  • Managed yacht inventory and set up three dealer networks throughout the United States.
  • Cultivated relationships with new clients and marine brokers to promote and sell Hacker-Craft Boats.
  • Established three new Hacker-Craft dealerships across the country and assisted with training of sales representatives on product lines and how to work with clients to design and build custom boats.
  • Worked closely with in house marine architects to custom build yachts for affluent clients world-wide.
  • Brokered used Hacker-Crafts for clients across the country.
