Please find attached Filled up Application form as Advised. Have cleared CHIEF MATES ORALS and recently given written SQA exams in month of October 2017 . Cleared STABILITY and just NAVIGATION exams remaining . Which I intend to give SEPTEMBER 2018 . I just need one sailing of six months so that I could go for my exams in month of September 2018 or later Batch and complete my chief mates ticket . Looking for long term.
