Senior QA/ QC Inspector (avalable)

Client: ESKOM (Quality Management - Group Capital Division) Employer: TUV Nord. Projects: (1 November 2012 – On-going.) – Kusile & Medupi Power Station Projects. Position: Senior Quality Advisor. Scope of Work: Manage all Quality aspects of various Suppliers of Fabricated Piping (ASME B 31.3) + Boiler Internal Tubing; Structural Steel; Instrumentation & Mechanical Equipment including Corrosion Protection. Ensure all Quality Operations are conducted reported and corrected (if needed) on all aspects affecting the “Manufacturing of Equipment” process. Liaising with contractors, sub-contractors and the client for quality and operational issues. Review of contractor and sub-contractor documentation to ensure quality deliverables. Attend meetings on various aspects of project. Perform full time Vendor Inspections from 1 March 2014 on Welding & Fabrication of items as per Purchase Orders and also responsible for all Corrosion Protection.
