I have over 30 years experience in Fabrication, Welding, Piping, Blast & Painting & mechanical trades.
Managing both repairs and new installations, locally and abroad, West and Southern Africa, Europe, Asia and beyond, Most recent being Cameroon and Bangladesh.
Excellent experience in dealing with clients/customers - both good and not so pleasant, also, daily dealings with classification societies and Government/Private labour departments.
Vetting, approving and working with the various Sub Contract companies and local material/equipment suppliers.
My last position was Project Manager at Southern African Shipyard.
I am at home in Durban and would be available immediately.
I would also be open to looking at fixed term contract should your clients be interested.
