Duties: Provide field based technical support to key accounts based in the UK & offshore while also offering sales support to maintain and expand our UK accounts. 

Submmitting technical reports for all site visits or inspections and act as a key contact for all technical customer queries.

Investigation and resolution of customer complaints and when required including liasing with our labratory in Amsterdam.   

Creating and subbmitting technical specifications and procedures to customers.
