Vessel Traffic Controller marine

Description
Ensure safe passing of vessel coming or leaving port. Effecienr allocate or despatching marine resources. Communicate with all port users. Assist in search and rescue emergence. Administration and filling of all completed vessel paperwork. VTS log all times for tugs,pilot and berthing gangs. Assist revenue with all queries  related to vessels visit.
