Baumley Joins WFS for Scandinavia Sales

WFS Technology Ltd has appointed David Baumley as Sales Manager for the Scandinavia region. He will be based in Bergen, Norway.

 
Baumley will extend the market reach of WFS’ Seatooth enabled products in the Norwegian, Swedish and Danish markets. These systems provide effective, reliable and affordable subsea wireless instrumentation, control products, sensor systems, networks and communication solutions for use in underwater environments, according to the manufacturer.
 
Baumley has a wealth of managerial experience, particularly in the oil and gas sector. Prior to this appointment, he was the Business Development Manager GE Oil & Gas Subsea integrity Systems, where he was responsible for guiding the direction of new products and delivering new technologies.
 
Before that, Baumley was the Sales Manager for Framo Engineering  Subsea’s Multiphase & Measurement Systems, where he was responsible for  the development of new technologies, subsea sampling, pumping and metering. He has also worked as a Business Development Consultant for TESS Norway and Project Sales Manager MPFM/Wetgas manager for Roxar Flow Measurement, all in Bergen.
 
Baumley was educated at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff, Ariz., where he earned a BSc in Mechanical Engineering.
