Glencore's Rosneft Investment

top performers on the FTSE bluechip index. News of the Rosneft deal drove it up a further 2 percent on Thursday, compared with a 1.3 percent rise in the broader sector. POSH seeks up to $334M in IPO

richest man, Robert Kuok, operates a fleet serving offshore oilfields in Asia, Africa and Latin America. The company is also reserving the right to issue additional shares worth up to $46 million under a greenshoe option, meaning the total amount raised could be as much as $380 million. Bank of America Merrill Lynch, DBS Group Holdings Ltd and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corp Ltd are the joint issue managers, bookrunners and underwriters. Malaysia's Petronas Looking to Sell Vietnam Offshore Fields

sale comes as Petronas taps into North America's shale boom and further develops Malaysian oil and gas fields. The two sources did not give further details of the fields. They declined to be identified as they are not authorised to speak to the media. Another source familiar with the deal said Bank of America Merrill Lynch had been appointed to find buyers for the stakes the company holds in the Vietnam oilfields.
