Polarcus Commences Brazilian Seismic Campaign

Polarcus Limited announced it has commenced production in the first of a series of three 3D seismic projects offshore Brazil, the project is being acquired using the Polarcus A-Class 3D seismic vessel, Polarcus Alima. The first project is being acquired for Chariot Brasil Petróleo e Gás Ltda and the duration of the combined campaign is seven months.   Chariot Oil & Gas Limited today announces that in conjunction with its partners AziNam (20%), NAMCOR (10%) and Ignitus (5%), it has commenced a 2D seismic acquisition survey of approximately 1,700km in the Central Blocks 2312 & 2412A offshore Namibia, conducted by SeaBird Exploration. Chariot Oil & Gas Investments & Woodside Sign Agreement

  Chariot Oil & Gas Limited (AIM: CHAR), the Atlantic margins focused oil and gas exploration company,  informed that its wholly owned subsidiary, Chariot Oil & Gas Investments (Morocco) Ltd., has signed a farm-out agreement with a wholly owned subsidiary of Woodside, Australia's largest independent exploration & production company. Following completion of this agreement, which is subject to the approval of the Moroccan authorities, Woodside will hold a 25% equity interest in the Rabat Deep Offshore permits I-VI, Morocco, in return for paying 100% of the 3D seismic acquisition
