Bibby Offshore Completes Maersk Oil UK Contract

 Subsea services provider Bibby Offshore said it has completed a multimillion dollar contract with Maersk Oil UK, providing subsea structure and pipeline inspection support in the UKCS.    The four-week campaign, completed in October this year, saw Bibby Offshore’s subsea support and construction vessel Olympic Bibby operate across Maersk Oil’s Gryphon and Dumbarton fields. The work scope was also supported by Bibby Offshore’s project management team based in Westhill, Aberdeen.

Bibby Completes Decommissioning Work for Maersk Oil UK

Bibby Offshore, a subsea services provider to the oil and gas industry, has announced a multimillion dollar contract with a global energy player Maersk Oil UK to provide late life production enhancement and decommissioning support in the North Sea.     The contract saw Bibby Offshore’s diving support vessel Bibby Polaris operate at two separate locations, undertaking production system isolations and critical component replacements to facilitate late life production enhancement, together with decommissioning support, which includes subsea deconstruction and infrastructure recovery.

Semco Wins Order for Culzean Hook-up

Semco Maritime to participate in the preparation (hook-up) of Maersk Oil UK’s new gas field in the U.K. sector of the North Sea when the production units arrive from Singapore in the summer of 2018. The largest order ever for Semco Maritime’s Aberdeen office. Harkand Secures Decommissioning Work in UKCS

Global  inspection, repair and maintenance (IRM) company Harkand, has commenced decommissioning work in the United Kingdom Continental Shelf supporting Maersk Oil UK’s work in the Leadon field. Earlier this year, the IRM firm secured a multi-million pound 12-month frame agreement with Maersk Oil in the region for the provision of its two dive support vessels (DSVs), the Harkand Da Vinci and Harkand Atlantis as well as supporting onshore and offshore personnel. This new award will see Harkand deliver project management and engineering services to the Danish owned oil and gas company

INTECSEA Awarded Maersk Culzean Project

INTECSEA’s UK office has been awarded the subsea front-end engineering and design (FEED) contract for Maersk Oil UK's Culzean development in the North Sea. The Culzean development is one of the largest gas discoveries made in recent years in the UK North Sea. It is located in water depths of about 88m and the reservoir around 4,300m below sea level. The contract, which includes optional design scopes in support of the Culzean project, was awarded to INTECSEA following a competitive tender process. It is expected to run for 10 months. DOF Subsea UK Limited, a provider of integrated subsea solutions, has been awarded a contract by Maersk Oil UK to undertake replacement of the Dumbarton Drill Cluster Center (DCC) flexible production riser at the Global Producer 3 FPSO located in block 15/20 of UK sector North Sea. Bibby Offshore Begins Construction, IRM Campaign
