Florence has a great deal of experience managing large scale projects including abandonment campaigns, coordinated efforts of staff and contractors and regulatory compliance. He has held various engineering roles during his previous tenure with Occidental Petroleum (now California Resources Corporation), including reservoir engineer, production engineer, project manager and senior operations engineer.
