James Fisher Appoints Bauer as Group General Counsel

He has vast global expertise, having assumed various senior legal and corporate management roles on assignments in the U.K., EU, Russia, the Middle East and South America.
Pferdehirt Named CEO of FMC Technologies
Pferdehirt President and Chief Executive Officer of FMC Technologies, effective September 1, 2016. Pferdehirt will succeed John T. Gremp, who will continue to serve as Chairman of the Board of Directors while the company completes its transition to the new CEO. After a 26-year career with Schlumberger Limited, Pferdehirt joined FMC Technologies in August 2012 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer and was appointed President in May 2015. In the almost four years he has been with the company, he has helped lead and execute many strategic shifts, including industry-changing alliances
